Celebrations of the Epiphany

The Epiphany will be celebrated in Ayia Napa with all its splendor this year
The Municipality of Agia Napa and the Holy Diocese of Constantia – Famagusta will celebrate the Epiphany Celebrations on Saturday, January 6, 2024, in the Holy Church of Panagia Agia Napa.
The Divine Liturgy and the Great Consecration will be celebrated by the Most Reverend Metropolitan of Constantia – Famagusta Mr. Vasilios, in the presence of the Honorable Deputy Minister of Tourism Mr. Kostas Koumis, the Mayor Mr. Christos Zannettos, the Members of the Municipal Council of Ayia Napa, representatives of the Army, the Police and other officials.
This will be followed by the Baptism of the Holy Cross and the Consecration of the Waters in the Port of Ayia Napa where the first swimmer will be awarded a Gold Cross.
In the specially designed area of the Port, a traditional artistic program with Cypriot and Greek Dances and songs will be presented by the Dance Group of the Municipality of Agia Napa and the “Kimon” Xylotympos Dance Group.
